My name is Tammy and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Fitness Nutritionist in the Oklahoma City metro area.

As the owner of OKCPT and Vitality OKC, I am excited to help my clients reach their goals.

I’m not what you would normally think of when you think “personal trainer.” I don’t come from a background filled with athletics and have not been health-minded all of my life. In fact, I was severely overweight for the majority of my youth and adult life, struggling with weight loss, low self-esteem, and confidence. I have reached a weight as high as 360 pounds at one point in my life. Over the last several years, I have lost just over 200 pounds and it has become a passion for me to help other people reach health goals that they have set for themselves.

I know how difficult this road can be. It is not always just about the physical, but also the mental and emotional. I understand how important it is to have someone there for encouragement, praise, and guidance – especially when that person knows exactly the ups and downs that can happen when trying to accomplish something that can seem so unattainable at times. While the road can definitely be bumpy, I don’t believe that there are any dead ends. There is nothingI love to see more than when people are able to reach goals that they have set. It is so amazing to get to be a part of that accomplishment.

I have over 10 years of personal training experience and helping clients achieve their goals. I have a Master’s in Kinesiology and a passion for fitness and nutrition. I enjoy building plans for my clients that will enable them to reach their goals. I work with all types of clients ranging from youth to elderly in fitness plans from weight loss to powerlifting to general fitness maintenance. I look forward to creating a plan with you that will not only help you meet your goals but also give you the knowledge you need to maintain those goals.

My name is Angus and I am a personal trainer here at OKCPT.

I have over 20 years of experience and enjoy helping my clients improve their strength and fitness. I am highly skilled as a fitness competition coach. I can help my clients with body building preparation (diet and training) and am very knowledgeable in helping my clients build muscle. 

I enjoy creating mobility, core, and strength training exercises for my clients based on their fitness goals. I help clients improve their strength and fitness, building a foundation for further gains. I look forward to working with you!

I have over 8 years personal training experience and over 10 years experience with group fitness training. I specialize in weight loss/resistance training and have experience with knee rehabilitation. I look forward to meeting with you and helping you work towards your goals.

I have 17 years of overall fitness experience. I’m ACE and Pilate’s reformer certified. I have 7 years of fitness management and operations, with 10 years of personal training experience. I specialize in lowering body fat percentage and motivation. I take
pride in my ability to make my clients feel at ease in the gym. I know how
daunting it can be to begin a diet and exercise program but I will make it as
realistically easy for you to begin a lifestyle change. From beginners to experts,

My name is Hailey and I have several years of training experience in various areas of goals. I enjoy working with clients who are dedicated to making healthy lifestyle changes. I am experienced in working with multiple types of physical disabilities as well – as long as you are willing to put the work in then I can create a plan that will work with you!

Ten years ago, due to multiple health and weight issues, I started a path to a healthy
life. This set in motion a new life mission—to inspire others to change their lives through
physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. My specialty is working with senior men and
women, ages 50 and up. My senior clients range from the younger, healthy seniors to
the older and more frail seniors. With my nursing background I feel comfortable
working with all types of health issues that so many seniors face on a daily basis. I
absolutely love working with seniors… they have such an incredible amount of integrity,
discipline, and dedication.

My name is Jeremy and I am one of the trainers at OKCPT. I’ve been in and around gyms and sports since the 7th grade and grew to love fitness and working hard to get and keep myself in shape. Since that time, I’ve been able to devote myself to personal training both by doing it myself and being able to share my knowledge and experience with others. Watching others work hard to achieve their goals and get healthy is the best part of my job. I work with both men and women of different ages and body types.
